Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)

1. Scope and Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&C") govern the sale of digital products offered on the website amazingsebooks (the "Website"). By placing an order on the Website, the customer (the "Customer") agrees to be bound by these T&C without reservation.

2. Products

The Website offers digital products, including but not limited to electronic books (eBooks), delivered in downloadable format. All products are intangible digital content and are delivered electronically. No physical goods will be shipped.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Website and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. amazingsebooks reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Any additional fees (such as currency conversion fees charged by the Customer’s bank) remain the responsibility of the Customer.

4. Orders

To place an order, the Customer must follow the online purchasing process and provide accurate and complete information. An order is considered final once payment has been successfully processed.

amazingsebooks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or violation of these T&C.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and other authorized payment providers. By submitting payment information, the Customer represents and warrants that they are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

All transactions are encrypted using secure SSL technology. amazingsebooks does not store full payment card details.

In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed. amazingsebooks reserves the right to suspend access to digital products in case of chargebacks or payment disputes.

6. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically via download link or email immediately after payment confirmation. Delivery is considered complete once the download link is made available to the Customer.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their device and software are compatible with the purchased digital product.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, Customers may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase.

However, by purchasing digital content and accessing or downloading it immediately, the Customer expressly agrees to waive their right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Therefore, no refunds will be granted once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access has been granted, except where required by law.

If a technical issue prevents access to the purchased product, the Customer must contact support within a reasonable timeframe. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of amazingsebooks.

9. Guarantees

amazingsebooks guarantees that digital products will conform to their description at the time of sale. In the event of a defective or corrupted file, the Customer will be provided with a replacement file at no additional cost.

Except as expressly provided, products are supplied "as is" without additional warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All digital products sold on the Website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchase grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of the content is strictly prohibited.

11. Complaints and Customer Support

12. Limitation of Liability

The total liability of amazingsebooks shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the product in question.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the country of registration of amazingsebooks, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

14. Amendments

amazingsebooks reserves the right to update or modify these T&C at any time. The version applicable to the Customer’s order is the one published on the Website at the time of purchase.
